A film produced by the Information Center (Hasbara) in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The film reviews Israel’s water shortage problems, as water scarcity is felt in agriculture, industry and private use. Against the backdrop of the political-diplomatic crisis known as the “War over Water” between Israel and Syria, Lebanon and Jordan during these years, the film reviews the course of the crisis and depicts the construction works of the most ambitious infrastructure project in the history of the country at the time, The National Water Carrier of Israel.
