The Knesset leaves Frumin House and moves to its new residence in Givat Ram in Jerusalem. At the final session in Frumin House, Speaker of the Knesset Kadish Luz and Prime Minister Levi Eshkol address the assembly. Archive footage documents the inauguration of President of Israel Chaim Weizmann at the old Knesset in Tel Aviv, the cornerstone ceremony for the new building in Givat Ram, and the Israeli legislators deliberating in sessions in Frumin House and casting votes to a ballot box during presidential elections. At the end of the final session, Luz shakes hands with its participants, and the Israeli flag is taken down from a mast at the entrance. At the new abode of the Knesset, laborers work on the last finishes of the plenum and committees halls.
