At a conference in Safed during Cinema Week, cinema owners decided to renovate and upgrade equipment in their theaters to attract the audience. Meanwhile, Israeli filmmakers continue shooting new films, such as Uri Zohars Our Neighborhood, starring Shaike Ophir and Gadi Yagil, and Ephraim Kishons Blaumilch Canal.
