The exchange of prisoners of war from the Six Day War between Egypt and Israel takes place as Israeli POWs return back to Israel, and Egyptian POWs return to Egypt, including 300 Egyptian army officers and 165 Egyptian soldiers, for two Israeli officers. Two Israeli officers arrive in Israel by ship, and are greeted excitedly by military and journalists. Egyptian prisoners are transported by boat to the West Bank of the Suez Canal. Egyptian prisoners are seen getting off a bus and boarding boats while Israeli military police officers maintain public order. Major General Shmuel Eyal, the Manpower Directorate (Human Resources Directorate) in the IDF welcomes the Israeli POWs, Yair Barak of the Air Force, and Lieutenant Daniel Baram of the Navy.
