In Haifa, a house is built in a casting process using a balloon. Laborers inflate a cloth sheet to the shape of a dome, and later cover it with concrete and plaster. After 24 hours the layers dry, the balloon is removed and the house is erected. The work on the Haifa construction site is done in the presence of an inspector from the Technion. The house built is 30 square meters in size.
