A visit to Moshav Matzliah near Ramla, a Moshav established in 1950 by Jews from Egypt who belong to the Jewish religious group of Karaite Jews. Residents of the Moshav are seen on its streets, engaged in domestic and social activities as well as agricultural work, while the narrator speaks of their community. Karaite Judaism is a current of Judaism that rejects rabbinical interpretation and relies on scripture alone.. According to the narrator, as of 1970, the Karaite community numbers 14,000 people worldwide.
