The ceremony is chaired by Israel Goldstein, Chairman of Keren Hayesod, and attended by government ministers, widow of Israels first president Vera Weizman, British Ambassador to Israel and President of the Zionist Organization Nahum Goldman, as well as Sir Isaac Wolfson and his family. Some dignitaries pour concrete on the cornerstone.
