Prime Minister Levi Eshkol and his wife Miriam visit the site of ancient Caesarea Maritima. They receive guidance from Meir de Shalit, director of The Israel Government Tourist Corporation, and Yaacov Yannai, Director of the Department for Preservation of Historical Sites in the Prime Ministers Office. Later, the Prime Minister and his wife visit the Hannah Senesh Museum at Kibbutz Sdot Yam, where archaeological exhibits from the area are displayed. The Prime Minister then tours the villas lot of the Neve Chof Caesarea Company. Showing him around is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Lawyer Shmuel Tamir, who updates him on the development plans for the resort site, including new summer houses for foreign residents and a hotel. In the evening, the prime minister and his wife watch a dance performance by the Inbal Dance Company, in the restored Roman amphitheater in Caesarea.
