A festive reception in Druze village Yirka honoring Hasad Saeb, the first Israeli Druze to receive a medicine doctorate from the Jerusalem Hebrew University. The ceremony is held on the roof of Knesset member and local resident Jabar Muadi, on the backdrop of the village and Galilee landscapes. Muadi speaks to the crowd alongside Saeb. Among the guests present are Druze congregation honorary guests, local residents, representatives of Jerusalem Hebrew University and Knesset members. A celebration at the village accompanied by song and dance. A group of men dances traditional dances. Children march in a procession with an Israeli flag. A childrens orchestra plays. Honorary guests exchange handshakes with Saeb.
