A film produced by the Hasbarah Authority. The Port of Ashdod is being constructed. The location is one lacking a bay or any kind of natural harbour. Labourers have lain Four layers of rocks for the creation of the wave breaker. Over the rocks, they cast a large amount of concrete. Tetrapods secure the structure from the sea-side. Nevertheless, a fierce winter storm does threaten the wave breaker, causing some damage to equipment and scattering a few of the rocks into the port’s basin. A scuba-diver assists in cleaning the basin and returning rocks to their place. Eventually, docks are formed and the port goes into full function.
