An episode of the childrens television show Gilgil, produced by the Israeli Film Service in collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation, and the National Council for the Prevention of Road Accidents, and aimed to educate children about road traffic safety The plot centers around Gilgil, a girl who is well acquainted with road safety rules, and teaches her surroundings how to carefully cross the road In this episode, Gilgil and her gang spot an eccentric man played by Ezra Dagan on the streets of Tel Aviv, who bursts onto the road and violates many traffic laws The children follow the man to the Tzavta Theatre, where they learn that the eccentric man is a clown who performs magic tricks in front of children At the end of the show, Gilgil captures the clown and forces him to learn how to carefully cross the road.
