An informational film on behalf of the General Federation of Labour in Israel (Histadrut). The film tells the story of four individuals who managed to turn their lives around through the vocational training program offered by the Histadrut. A paperboy and a maid undergo vocational training, emerging as a carpenter and a nurse and improving their poor lives in the Ma’abra. A grain seller and a shoe cleaner, show a passion for a meaningful occupation and fulfill their destiny as a farmer and welder. The film underscores the breadth of training options and celebrates their remarkable success so far.
