An explanatory film produced by the Information Center (Hasbara) in collaboration with the National Council for Accidents Prevention, which educates drivers and pedestrians how important it is to comply with road safety rules. Using animation and narration in rhyme, the film reminds drivers how to obey signage at traffic lights and intersections, and also pedestrians are called to obey the traffic laws.
