Micha Shagrir’s documentary film, produced by the Israeli Film Service.
Director Micha Shagrir, who was a young journalist during the Six-Day War, returns to the documentary film made immediately after the war, focusing mainly on the battle for Ammunition Hill in Jerusalem.
Seeking a fresh, reflective viewpoint after years have passed, Micha engages in conversations with the original filmmakers, veterans who participated in the battle, and a local Arab resident. Through these discussions, he explores how the narrative of the war is currently being portrayed for present and future generations.
