Moshe is not a sporty person. While his old father-in-law runs and exercises daily, Moshe struggles to climb the stairs to his office. One day, Moshe decides to change his habits – a decision sparked by a brief guidebook from Tzabar.
In 1973, the Sports and Physical Education Authority within the Ministry of Education and Culture launched the “Tzabar Operation” to encourage physical activity among adults. The campaign advised the public to engage in at least 15 minutes of daily exercise to become “young, healthy, and refreshed.” As part of the operation, this instructional film, starring Uri Zohar and Tzvi Shissel, emphasizes the importance of physical activity.
