The Wizo organization was established in 1920 to address the lack of representation for women in Zionist institutions.
Its primary objective was to cater to the needs of women and children in the Land of Israel. Mrs. Rebecca Sieff, one of the founders, led Wizo’s policy and created education and training opportunities for women who realized the dream of establishing a Zionist National Home.
The video covers Mrs. Sieff attending gatherings in South America, surrounded by a group of women who are seen giving speeches, singing, conversing, and dining.
The luxurious hotel where the convention is being held, along with its impressive swimming pool, are also visible against the backdrop of pastoral mountains.
