Establishment of a new “Tower and Stockade” settlement (kibbutz or moshav) in un unknown location. The founders of the new settlement, Jewish men and women, escaped Europe on the eve of World War II, and are seen in the construction works of a new “Tower and Stockade” Settlement. The pioneers fill the wall surrounding the settlement with stones, erect wooden houses, place the watchtower in its place, and install electricity and lighting. A young man climbs the watchtower and observes the surrounding area outside the new Tower and Stockade settlement.
