An episode of the animated childrens series Toto the Auto produced by the Ministry of Transportation (Israeli Film Service) in collaboration with the Council for Prevention of Road Accidents. Toto the Auto is a talking car. During each episode, Toto helps his friends to be careful on the roads and obey the road safety rules. In this episode, Toto travels to visit his two friends who live in the country Inky the cat and Blinky the owl. Only Blinky arrives at the meeting. Blinky tells Toto that Inky shut himself at home in his basket, after almost being hit on the road by drivers who couldnt see him due to his black fur. Toto returns to the city and tries to find a solution for the anxious Inky. He passes by the Road Safety guard, and when he sees their white belt he decides to buy Inky a large white ribbon that can also be seen in the dark.
