A student short made whilst Shemer was at Tel Aviv University’s Department of Film and Television Studies. Treading the fine line between documentary and narrative film, Shemer’s film paints a portrait of Margalit, a young and congenitally blind student who takes on her disability, head on, in order to describe her experience and feelings about it – touching flowers and faces, attempting to put into words things she has never witnessed like sunset and sunrise for instance, and also trying to get to the bottom of the concept of beauty.
