A road safety parade in a village on a hill. A group of children stands at attention, men from the local government and policemen passing between them. A parade of children on the streets of the village, led by a drumming band. The villagers watch the marching children from sidewalks and balconies. The marchers, most of them in uniform, carry signs calling on pedestrians to observe traffic laws. A larger parade takes place in one of the cities. Policemen on horseback leading a parade of members of the youth movements. The residents of the city stand on the pavements and watch the marching youths carrying signs about road safety.
