In a ceremony outside Beit Hachalutzot in Netanya, the Ora weaving workshop for blind women is inaugurated. Aaron Sokolik, director of the rehabilitation department in the Ministry of Welfare, speaks to the press on the project, and Director-General of the Ministery Moshe Bar-Sela gives a speech. United States Ambassador to Israel Edward Lawson hands a cheque on behalf of his government. President of Womens League for Israel, Anna Cahane Neiditz, cuts the ribbon. Blind women sing in front of the guests and weave in the workshop.
