Rose stands on a hill holding blueprints, along with Jerusalem Mayor Mordechai Ish-Shalom, Ralph Goldman, Vice President of the America-Israel Foundation, and landscape architect and artist Isamu Noguchi. Rose then meets President Yitzhak Ben-Zvi and shows him an album depicting his art collection.
