The boy Rami Katz and his sister Amira arrive at their grandparents home in Tel Aviv and are welcomed by friends. Rami was seriously injured in a car accident in Ghana and needed complex surgery due to a head injury. An international rescue operation involving neurosurgeons from around the world had helped him. The boy underwent surgery in Accra. and following an improvement in his condition returns to Israel with his mother and sister. Rami and his sister play at their grandparents house with friends.
