After 30 days since his execution in Syria, a torch relay is held in Israel in memory of the spy Eli Cohen. Boy Scouts and runners carry the torch from Tel Dan through Acre, Haifa, and Tel Aviv on their way to Cohens city of residence Bat Yam. During the race, streets named after the deceased are inaugurated in Israeli cities. Finally, Deputy Prime Minister Abba Eban speaks in front of a crowd in a rally in Bat Yam.
