Cooking Competition at Tadmor Hoteliery School

At the Tadmor Central Hoteliery School, a cooking competition for chefs is held. Competitors cook, chop food, and prepare dishes in personal stations for each cook, while a panel of judges takes notes. Two international judges, Mr. Sipola and Mr. Carancina taste the dishes and then announce the winner: Max Zimbalista, an experienced hotel cook.
