The inauguration of the first aircraft assembled in Israel. The Bedek Aviation Company Company began assembling French Fouga Magister planes in Israel. Many guests, including Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion, ministers, diplomats and Air Force officers are present at the ceremony marking the first aircraft delivery to the Air Force. Ben Gurion cuts the ceremonial ribbon and receives explanations about the new plane. Air Force Commander Ezer Weizman signs a document stating the aircraft transfer to the Air Force. An Israeli Air Force pilot takes off with the airplane and performs various air maneuvers above the audience.
