Congolese army general Joseph-Désiré Mobutu undergoes an accelerated parachuting course in the IDF during his visit to Israel, he is seen parachuting successfully, and later receives from Prime Minister Levi Eshkol his parachuting badge in a festive ceremony. Subsequently, a military ceremony and roll call is held for 220 Congolese soldiers who underwent military training at an IDF paratrooper unit base in the past weeks, in the presence of Prime Minister and Defense Minister Levi Eshkol, Chief of Staff Tzvi Tzur, and General Joseph Mobutu. The soldiers are seen during a roll call, their parachuting badges are exposed by a commander, and they march in parade as they pass the reviewing commanders stage.
