At a prestigious Kaplan winners ceremony, a distinguished men sit in a large balcony lit by stage lights, one of the men speaking to the crowd and inviting the winners to get the stage. One by one, a lady and two gentlemen are being announced. With each winner coming to stage, the actual person is reflected: the lady in her work environment, a research lab, conducting chemical laboratory experiments with the help of a whole team of researchers in white robes. Another prize winner climbs the stairs in a fancy suit and in the background his image can be seen in work clothes at a construction site, supervising builders as they build a concrete wall. The third and final winner was also spotted on a construction site alongside excavated ditches in the ground. The Kaplan Prize is a prize given to labor productivity in the name of Eliezer Kaplan, Israels first Minister of Finance.
