A ceremony marking the opening of a memorial room for the inmates of the gallows in the Acre prison. The memorial room is located in the prisons gallows wing. A man enters the room to demonstrate the action of the gallows, he pulls the gallows handle and the door opens down. Families of bereaved families and former fighters in the Nili, Irgun and Lehi undergrounds arrive at the Acre prison to attend the opening ceremony of the memorial room. One of the participants takes down Israeli flags hanging on the wall and reveals the pictures of the fourteen fighters who were executed. MK Menachem Begin, who commanded the Irgun underground, gives a speech.
