A convoy of cars drives on a road leading to Nazareth. Minister of Education Zalman Shazar exits his car with the convoys arrival in the city. A view of roads, shops, a mosque and ancient buildings in the city. The convoy drives up a road as little boys gather by. Shazar walks in the city streets, gestures with his hat to locals passing by. A local honor guard welcomes Shazar as he enters a school building. A teacher in a classroom full of students, behind her a blackboard with Arabic writing. Shazar observes another class a different teacher teaches Hebrew. Shazar arrives at the municipal cultural hall. Shazar speaks to an audience of Muslim officials, priests, Nazareth Military Governor Major Schultz and Dr. Israel Ben Zeev. The crowd applauds.
