Jacquo, a seedy character by all accounts, owns the Las Vegas nightclub in Lower Haifa which also moonlights as a brothel and bustling gambling arena. He has an entourage of women in his employ, and his business is positively booming. Jacquo’s heart belongs to Galia, his business partner and the club’s reigning call girl who, one night suffers terrible injuries following a violent confrontation with another woman who works at the club. The plot further thickens when Yael, Galia’s middle class sister rushes over to her injured sister’s side. Tel Aviv Call Girls marked late actor and TV host, Dudu Topaz’s big screen debut, starring alongside Oshik Levy, and This World (‘HaOlam HaZeh’) magazine reporter Sarit Yishai (later Yishai-Levi).
