A short film, produced by the Isreeli Film Service and Geva Films, depicting security incidents on the borderlines in Jerusalem and the Golan Heights. The film opens with the first terrorist incident of its kind in the Romema neighborhood of Jerusalem, in which three explosive devices placed under the foundations of two residential buildings exploded. Prime Minister and Defense Minister Levy Eshkol, accompanied by Chief of Staff Yitzhak Rabin, arrive to visit the area of ​​the attack. Removal of fragments of a Syrian plane from the Sea of ​​Galilee by a navy ship and presentation of the fragments while briefing reporters by a police officer. Houses were hit by mortar shells in the Golan Heights area. Cutting a water pipe and finding bullet casings of a gun and white remnants of sabotage. Damage to mortar shrapnel hit houses and a school in Kibbutz Ein Gev on the shores of the Sea of ​​Galilee.
