The film Three in the Golan, directed by Eli Cohen, was produced in 1977 by the Israeli film service.
As the enemy tanks advance into Israel, in real moments of terror knowing they are the last line of defense, the soldiers, ordinary people, have fulfilled their duty and become heroes out of necessity. The personal story of three Yom Kippur War fighters, who were awarded the Medal of Valor for their battles in the Golan Heights – Avigdor Kahalani, Shlomo Avital, and Zvika Gringold (Zvika Force). In the film, original photographs from the battles.
