The movie plot shows a child running into the road and almost getting hit by a car. His father shouts at him, “You are ignoring all the caution rules you learned in school”. Later on, the shaken child dreams that talking cars are testing him to see if he knows the road safety rules. When he wakes up, he tells his father what he learned, and in return, his father takes him out for a picnic.
