The film, produced by the Israel Film Service in cooperation with Israel Railways, documents the extension works of the section of the railway from the phosphate factory in Oron to the new factory built on Mount Tzin Narrator Aryeh Golan tells about the decision to lay a railway on Mount Tzin following the discovery of phosphate deposits in the area The film accompanies the tracklaying process starting from the stages of the planning committee and the tracklaying works to the scene when the freight trains arrive with the phosphates mined in the quarries in the south to the port of Ashdod From there they are distributed to all parts of the country and abroad.
