The Israeli Air Force Day is marked at an Air Force base in a festive ceremony, marking 22 years to the establishment of the Force. The Flight Academy course has ended, and its graduates perform close order drill on the plaza across the reviewing stand. Commanders Chief of Staff Haim Bar-Lev, Defense Minister Moshe Dayan, and Commander of the Israeli Air Force Major General Mordechai Hod, watch the drill. The graduates approach to shake hands with the commanders as they receive the wings badge from Chief of Staff Bar-Lev and Air Force commander Hod. A festive aerial demonstration is held on the occasion, featuring the refueling of two Skyhawk aircrafts by a transport aircraft, never before seen in Israel
