Trade relations between residents of Judea and Samaria and the Jordanians . A Jordanian driver crosses the Jordan River in his car, and upon arriving in the West Bank, he changes his license plate to an Israeli one. The Israeli customs carry out security checks on his vehicle. The driver is required to declare the amount of Jordanian money he is carrying and shows customs officials his bills. A border official takes a womans fingerprints. The Jordanians build a new Bailey bridge to replace the ruined Adam (Damia) bridge, on which merchants could pass thanks to the Open Bridges policy.
