At the end of the Six-Day War, a victory ceremony of the Jerusalem Brigade is held in front of a large crowd at the Givat Ram Stadium in the capital. Torches are lit, and the commander of the brigade Colonel Eliezer Amitai awards the brigades pin to all the soldiers that fought in the campaign to occupy Jerusalem. Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Yitzhak Rabin addresses columns of reserve soldiers dressed in civilian clothes that stand on the grass in the stadium. Finally, the soldiers and the reservists march in front of the audience.
