The film “Right of Way for Whom?”, produced by the film service for the Ministry of Transportation with the participation of the National Council for the Prevention of Accidents, explains the traffic laws that determine who has the right of way.
The narrator tells about the many accidents caused by the drivers’ lack of understanding of who has the right of way. The announcer sharpens the usual traffic rules and explains the signs that change the rules. The film is accompanied by cases of disobeying the rules and how to behave correctly.
