The film “Build and Be Built” was produced by the Israel Film Service for the Institute for Construction Training and Optimization in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, the Construction Workers’ Union, the Israel Contractors and Builders Association, and the Building and Public Works Society, to encourage people to enroll in the Institute’s training for the construction industry.
The announcer urges the public to go learn the construction trades while he brings voices of representatives from the industry presenting the benefits of learning the field. In the past, the construction profession was considered hard manual work, but with the introduction of technology into this field, many people can find opportunities to advance and grow into a stable industry with a lucrative salary.
