A comic film produced by the Prime Ministers Offices Minhal Hahasbara to promote the payment of National Insurance contributions.
Elimelech Ketzer, an electrician, finds out one morning that his debt to the National Insurance (Bituah Leumi) has been published in the paper. The rest of Ketzer’s day is even more dramatic: he almost gets hit by a car, realizes that he is aging, and finally becomes the father of twins. These events demonstrate the National Insurance’s importance to him.
