In the living room with wooden walls, Golda Meir and Yitzhak Ben Zvi sit and talk with visiting diplomats from Romania and Burma. Outside the room, a host of Israeli soldiers take part in the welcome ceremony, a man in a silver hat and a lady wearing gloves get out of the vehicle and are welcomed. Children and local boys try to approach the ceremony but are stopped by police who ask them to get back. Golda Meir shakes hands with the various statesmen in the closed room. The various diplomats march their way out between IDF soldiers back to the cars. Some of the foreign statesmen and representatives of the Israeli government stand straight while Yitzhak Ben-Zvi reads things, on the background the Knesset sergeant and the Israeli flag.
