Israel absorbed a massive wave of immigration from the former Soviet Union states during the 1990s. Many immigrants struggled to find a job within their expertise and consequently had to work in another profession. The movie speaks to new immigrants and to people planning on immigrating to Israel and provides them with information and tools on how to find a job in Israel. The movie presents many personal stories of immigrants who had to reinvent themself, such is the story of Boris and Liobov who opened a bakery that sold black rye bread that they used to eat in Russia. The film finishes with a tip: “Remember you are entering a dynamic market, a market that changes every day, no one will guarantee your future, it all depends on you”.
