A video by the Ministry of Transportation and the National Road Safety Authority, produced by the Israeli Film Service.
On one sunny afternoon, all bicycles suddenly disappeared from a small American town. Little Johnny chases his self-driving bicycle and discovers that all bicycles have gathered in the town’s stadium, planning to go on strike until the town’s children learn the riding caution and safety rules.
Johnny’s Bicycle takes charge of the situation, and launches a comprehensive informational campaign, explaining and teaching Johnny the traffic and safety rules, while he listens intently, and takes notes so that he can later teach the rest of the town residents and children.
Will the bicycles return to their owners? Will the children be able to learn the traffic and safety rules?
