The following clip is an excerpt from a film shot in the mid 1930s and documents a settlement or a training program (Hakhshara), probably of the Religious Kibbutz Movement, in an unknown location. The settlers are seen plowing the fields, and working on the farm and coop, as well as praying together. The group depicted could be “Kvutzat (group) Rodges” or “Hafetz Haim”, in one of its early and transient stages of agricultural training in an existing settlement, before the group relocates to its permanent settlement which is to be established. Alternately this could be a documentation of a small settlement which has already been established.
