This is a short explanatory film produced by the Ministry of Transportation in collaboration with the National Council for Accident Prevention, using excerpts from a similar film produced by the Federal Republic of Germany’s Road Safety Council.
“Why doesn’t Dad pay attention? He’s always teaching me how to behave…” A man, a woman, and a child are traveling around the city.
The man drives recklessly, putting the safety of the mother and son at risk, whose anxious thoughts are heard in the film.
“You should set an example for the children when driving,” the narrator’s voice declares. The film continues by demonstrating the correct way to drive on the highway and by using a model, it illustrates how a chain reaction accident could potentially occur.
