The 12-year-old daughter of a local council leader in the Lower Galilee region of North Israel goes missing. Her parents say they last saw her when her teacher came to collect her for a slumber party she was throwing the whole class at her home. When neither teacher nor student shows up the next day at school, it emerges that no such party had taken place. Sherman, a police detective, and friend of the family with a second-to-none case-solving record, sets off on their trail. A dark thriller based on Amnon Dankner’s bestselling novel.
